The condominium represents a small-scale version of society. It reflects similar interaction, cooperation, and sharing dynamics in everyday life. This deep understanding of the condo’s dynamics has been driving H&D for over twenty years, creating customised solutions to renovate these spaces and enhance sustainability and digital connectivity.

Our neighbourhood is the extension of our homes. Unfortunately, it is losing its primary function as a place of encounters and socialisation.
